About the event
What is the purpose of the Solidarity with Belarus 2024 Rally?
We are the Belarusian Americans holding a rally in Honor of the 2020 Belarusian Protest against the fraudulent presidential election in Belarus, against the 30-year dictatorship of Lukashenka, and in support of 1350 political prisoners held by the regime.
We demand the unconditional release and justice for all political prisoners in Belarus.
We demand accountability for the crimes of the brutal regime of Lukashenka.
Join the rally on August 10 in support of freedom and democracy in Belarus, marking the 4th anniversary of the 2020 protests. The rally's purpose is to raise awareness of the situation in Belarus and the Belarusians who risk their freedom and fight against the criminal regimes of Lukashenka and Putin. We must draw attention to the problem of repression in Belarus and demand the release of political prisoners, of whom there are currently 1,394 people. We understand that people want to remain anonymous. We have prepared full face masks for this occasion. Please bring white-red-white flags and umbrellas, and prepare posters. Examples of posters :
